HomeStar Remodeling is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative in Baltimore, MD, offering rapid growth and uncapped earning potential. You will engage directly with customers to promote HomeStar products, learn direct marketing strategies, and participate in ongoing sales training.

You'll receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and a performance-based pay structure up to $95k with a $5,000 bonus and commissions.

Responsibilities:

Pay:

• Total expected income range:$50,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
• 3508 Direct seller pay structure
• performance based commission plus sales bonus opportunities
• $5000 bonus
