Job summary

Grant Cardone Enterprises in Scottsdale, AZ is hiring for an entry-level sales role. You will call warm inbound leads, qualify their goals, and book appointments with our senior advisors. We provide training to help you grow in real estate, business, and wealth-building programs.

You bring a customer-facing mindset, a strong phone presence, and reliable transportation. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule on-site, base pay plus uncapped commissions, and ongoing sales training to sharpen your skills.

COMPENSATION

On-target earnings (OTE, base + commission):

How it's paid:

• Year 1: $60,000 base salary + uncapped commission


• Year 2 onward: $36,000 base salary + uncapped commission. Your base steps down after your first year, once you've built your own book of business.


• Warm leads provided: you'll work inbound leads from people who already raised their hand.


• OTE assumes you hit target. Commission depends on your results and isn't guaranteed.

THE OPPORTUNITY

New to sales? That's okay. If you've done well in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sports, you already have what matters most: you're great with people and you don't quit. You'll call warm, inbound leads who already asked about our real estate, business, and wealth-creation programs, find out what they want, and book them with our senior advisors. We'll train you on the rest.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHAT YOU BRING

SCHEDULE

Monday-Friday, 8:20 AM-6:00 PM, on-site in Scottsdale, AZ, plus event weekends (a minimum of two per month).
