Job summary

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is hiring an Entry Level Sales (Lead Generation) Specialist to grow our Portland-area footprint. You’ll be the brand face, generate leads, and schedule in-home design consultations while engaging at events, retail locations, and with Costco/Sam’s Club accounts.

You’ll train for success, work part-time, and have leadership development opportunities as you grow with a supportive team that values energy and initiative.

Qualifications

• Must be outgoing and willing to approach customers at events and in a retail setting.
• Must be prepared to memorize a script and provide presentations to generate leads.
• Periodic travel to the Salem/Willamette Valley region may be required.

Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales (Lead Generation) Specialist

• Be the face of our brand—connect with new customers, spark interest in our products, and schedule exciting in-home design consultations
• Bring the energy! Work trade shows, events, mall kiosks, and retail locations while engaging customers
• Partner with our retail accounts: Costco, Sam’s Club, BJ’s Warehouse
• Additional duties as assigned

• Compensation: $22.00/hr. plus uncapped bonus potential. Top performers earn $40.00 + an hour.
