MPower Direct in Chicago, IL is hiring Entry Level Sales Representatives to meet homeowners and present our energy supplier program. No experience or degree required; training and hands-on coaching are provided.

This full-time, in-person role offers a base pay plus uncapped commissions, with weekly pay and a start bonus up to $1,000 for eligible new hires. You’ll work weekdays 10:00 AM–7:00 PM and have opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• No experience required; no degree required.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong willingness to learn and be coachable.
• Friendly and dependable with a positive attitude.

Entry Level Sales Representative

At MPower Direct, we provide the training, coaching, and support. All we ask is that you come with a student mentality, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn!

We’re expanding our Chicago team and looking for friendly, motivated individuals who enjoy meeting new people and are ready to develop new skills. No previous sales experience or college degree is required.

• Full-time, in-person position


• Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM


• Based in Chicago, IL

This is a face-to-face sales position where you’ll meet homeowners in assigned Chicago neighborhoods, introduce them to our energy supplier’s program, and help interested customers through enrollment.
