Job summary

MPower Direct is growing our Chicago team and seeking friendly, motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and are eager to learn new skills. No prior sales experience or college degree is required; comprehensive training, coaching, and support are provided.

The full-time, in-person role operates Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM in Chicago, IL. The position offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, weekly pay, and strong earning potential in the first year.

• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
