Job summary

MPower Direct LLC is expanding its Chicago team with a full-time, in-person role. No prior sales experience or degree is required as training and coaching are provided.

You’ll meet homeowners in Chicago neighborhoods, present energy options, answer questions, and guide customers through enrollment. Expect weekly pay with uncapped commissions and potential earnings of 800–1,500+ per week, plus a New Start Bonus up to $1,000, paid time off, incentives, and career growth opportunities.

No previous sales experience or college degree is required. We provide the training, coaching, and support. All we ask is that you bring a positive attitude, a student mentality, and a willingness to learn!

Position Details

• Full-time, in-person position
• Monday-Friday, 900 AM-600 PM
• Chicago, IL
• Having a reliable vehicle is a plus, but not required.
