Director of Organizational Development

Responsibilities (not limited to)

Promote products, services, and promotions to customers face‑to‑face
Speak with prospective retail customers
Acquire new business and process sales accounts on‑site
Handle and overcome objections as they arise
Review KPIs and campaign growth with management
Manage customers via CRM software
Partner with our retail locations to ensure we’re providing the best guest experience
