Job summary

Mpower Direct is seeking representatives in Cincinnati, OH to meet homeowners face-to-face and explain renewable energy options. You will enroll customers on-site and hit weekly goals with daily coaching in a Monday–Friday schedule (11 AM–8 PM).

Base pay plus uncapped commission, paid weekly, with guaranteed pay during training. Average earnings range $1,000–$1,500 per week, with top performers earning $2,000–$4,000+.

Qualifications

• Retail, customer service, logistics, or sales experience, or none at all.
• Comfort talking with new people and handling a "no" without losing momentum.
• A competitive, coachable attitude.
• Candidates from Northern Kentucky, Middletown, and across the Cincinnati area are welcome.
