Entry-Level Sales Representative

Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking an entry-level sales representative to deliver interactive sales presentations on eco‑friendly, green products and services, participate in ongoing sales training, and build teamwork and mentorship skills.

The Sales Role

As a full‑time sales representative, you will receive training in all our products, develop communication, negotiation, strategic planning, and problem‑solving skills, and be prepared for future career growth.

The Responsibilities

• Delivery of interactive sales presentations on eco‑friendly, green products and services to customers
• Participation in ongoing sales training and coaching camps on a weekly basis
• Team building and mentorship

The Qualifications

• Highly developed communication skills
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and career oriented
• Open‑minded with a passion for learning a wide range of skills that will carry through a variety of career paths
• Naturally outgoing individual who thrives in human interaction
• BA/BS preferred

Compensation

• $3,900 sign‑on bonus* (paid weekly in $325 increments over twelve weeks of initial training)
• Hourly rate plus uncapped commission and bonuses
• Average earning potential: $72,000 – $130,000 per year
