Pinnacle Home Improvements is seeking entry-level Sales Representatives for a full-time, hybrid role in Alpharetta. You’ll learn sales and communication skills, receive paid training, and earn performance-based pay with potential for advancement into leadership roles.

Ideal candidates are competitive, coachable, and capable of handling rejection while building rapport with homeowners. No prior sales experience required, just a strong work ethic and drive.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinnacle Home Improvements in local communities and introduce homeowners to our exterior remodeling services.
• Engage with homeowners through face-to-face residential outreach.
• Build rapport and identify potential home improvement needs.
• Educate homeowners about Pinnacle's roofing, windows, siding, gutters, and door services.
• Generate interest and schedule free consultations with our in-home sales team.
• Work toward individual and team performance goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Professionally represent the Pinnacle brand in the communities we serve.

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll represent Pinnacle Home Improvements in local communities and introduce homeowners to our exterior remodeling services.

Previous sales experience is not required.

Schedule

First Week – Paid Training: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Regular Field Schedule: Includes 1–2 weekly in‑office meetings and training sessions.

• Tuesday & Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

This role is for individuals who are ready to win.

This role requires you to get outside your comfort zone. You'll work in the field, talk to people you've never met, hear "no," and be challenged to improve.
