What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a competitive starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales or results, but incentives are possible based on performance. No previous experience is needed as we provide all necessary training.

Reps are paid $20.00 per appointment (not based on sales or results), with an optional performance-based commission structure. There's potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

We have over 40 years of training successful salespeople. The skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Flexible scheduling and work environment

We assist our reps in creating schedules that suit their needs. Some work full-time, others part-time, around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. Most meetings and training occur in our office, with work from home and local opportunities after training.
