What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities involve working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and placing orders. Our products include kitchen and gardening tools. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales, with potential incentives based on performance. No previous experience is needed; we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid $25.00 per appointment (not based on sales) or can earn commissions based on performance. There is an opportunity to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

Work schedule and location

We help our reps create flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time, fitting around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. After training, most work from home or locally. Most meetings and training are held in the office.
