Entry Level Sales Rep, Work from Home Remotely

What does the position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a competitive starting pay (paid weekly), which isn't based on sales, but performance incentives are available. No prior experience is needed as training is provided.

Compensation

Reps are paid a base of $25.00 per appointment (not based on sales). There is also a commission structure based on performance, allowing for additional earnings. Reps can earn a consistent income even during off weeks.

Training and Career Growth

We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Flexible Scheduling

We assist reps in creating schedules that suit their needs—whether working full-time, part-time, or around other commitments like classes or family. Discuss our summer work program with the manager.

Work Environment

Reps work from home and locally after training, with most meetings and training held in the office.
