Entry Level Sales Rep, Work from Home Remotely

What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales results, though performance incentives are possible. No previous experience is required; we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $25.00 base per appointment (not based on sales or results), with an optional performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is available even during off weeks.

Training and Career Development

We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Flexible Scheduling

We assist reps in creating schedules that suit their needs. Some work full-time, others part-time, balancing other commitments like classes, jobs, or family. Ask about our summer work program.

Work Environment

Reps work from home and locally after training, with most meetings and training held in our office.
