Compensation

Reps are paid a base of $22.00 per appointment (not based on sales) or a performance-based commission. There is potential to earn more, with a reliable fallback income even during off weeks.

Training and Development

We provide comprehensive training. Our company has over 40 years of experience in developing successful salespeople. Skills gained are valuable across many fields, and long-term reps can advance into management or professional sales roles.

Work Schedule and Flexibility
