Entry Level Sales Rep, Work from Home Remotely

What does the position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales or results, but performance incentives are possible. No previous experience is needed as we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $25.00 base per appointment (not based on sales or results), with a performance-based commission structure available. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is provided even during off weeks.

Training and Career Development

We have over 40 years of experience training successful reps. Skills gained, such as sales, networking, and communication, are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or sales professional paths.

Flexible Scheduling

We help our reps create schedules that suit their needs. Some work full-time, some part-time, and others earn extra income around other commitments. Contact the manager to learn about our summer work program.

Work Environment

Reps work from home and locally after training, with most meetings and training held in the office.
