What does the part-time position involve?

Responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a competitive base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales results, with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience is necessary; we provide all required training.

Compensation

Reps are paid $25.00 per appointment (not sales-based) or a performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, but a baseline income is guaranteed even during slow weeks.

Training and Career Development

We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any career. Long-term reps can advance into management or professional sales roles.

Work Schedule and Environment

Reps can create a flexible schedule that suits their needs, working as much or as little as they choose, including around other commitments. Most meetings and training are held in the office, with remote work after training.
