Entry Level Sales Rep, Work from Home Remotely

What does the position involve?

Responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales results, with potential incentives based on performance. No previous experience is needed; training is provided.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $30.00 base per appointment (not based on sales), with a performance-based commission structure available. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is available even during off weeks.

Training and Career Growth

We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales roles.

Work Schedule and Environment

We help reps create flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time, around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. After training, most work from home or locally, with meetings held in the office.
