Bisco Industries, Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative to begin a sales career at our San Jose facilities. You will support inside sales, ensure excellent customer service, and help establish new sales opportunities in a dynamic environment with both inside and outside sales exposure.

The role offers a clear path to full-time sales within 9–12 months, with a competitive hourly range and comprehensive benefits. We promote from within and provide solid career path opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• History of persistence or commitment made to school, work or community.
• Evidence of successful, high performance in work, school or other activities.
• Willingness to continually learn about Bisco Industries, our customers and our industry.
• Prior industry experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• You must be a US citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Must possess an active, unrestricted and valid driver’s license.

• Ensure excellent customer service.
