Bisco Industries, Inc. is seeking an entry level Sales Representative to join our inside sales team at our Valley View, OH facility. You will learn products, respond to customer inquiries, and support senior sales staff to grow relationships with customers.

No prior experience is required, but strong communication, reliability, and a willingness to learn are essential. You will have opportunities for promotion to full-time sales roles within 9–12 months and participate in a monthly bonus program

Qualifikationen

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Support inside sales representatives and management in customer service and sales.
• Ensure excellent customer service.
• Establishing new sales opportunities with inside and outside sales responsibilities.
• Entry-level sales responsibilities with the goal of promotion to full-time sales in 9–12 months.
• Coordinate with sales representatives to respond quickly to customer needs and requests.
