Job summary

Bisco Industries, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative to begin their sales career at one of our many U.S. facilities.

You will support inside sales and management in delivering excellent customer service and help establish new sales opportunities in an energetic environment with both inside and outside responsibilities. The role offers a competitive base salary plus a monthly bonus program, with a path to promotion to full-time sales within 9–12 months and a strong benefits

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to continually learn about Bisco Industries and industry.
• Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.
• US citizen or permanent resident.

Responsibilities

• Support inside sales representatives and management in customer service and sales.
• Ensure excellent customer service.
• Establish new sales opportunities in an environment with inside and outside sales.
• Entry-level sales responsibilities with potential promotion to full-time sales in 9–12 months.
• Coordinate with sales to respond quickly to customer needs and requests.
