Bisco Industries, Inc. is seeking entry-level sales representatives who are customer-focused and eager to excel. The company services Fortune 500 clients across industries and operates 52 facilities in the US, Canada, and the Philippines.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, ongoing training, and a clear path to promotion into full sales within 9–12 months, with a supportive hybrid sales model and competitive benefits.

Qualificações

• Prior customer service experience is required.
• Prior inside sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to continually learn about Bisco Industries, our customers and the industry.
• Evidence of successful, high performance in work, school or other activities.
• History of persistence or commitment to school, work or the community.
• You must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident with a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a background check and work onsite, Monday through Friday 8AM – 5PM with an hour lunch.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure excellent customer service via phone, email and customer visits.
• Maintain accurate records and an organized work environment.
• Provide support to a team of sales reps, both inside and outside sales efforts.
• Coordinate with sales representatives and respond quickly to customer needs, requests and problems.
• Train with tenure sales reps to learn how to break into new business and establish professional working relationships.
• Entry level sales/sales assistant with the goal of promotion into 100% sales within 9-12 months, potentially sooner.
