Bisco Industries, Inc. is seeking entry-level sales representatives in Wisconsin. You will focus on delivering excellent customer service via phone, email and in-person visits while supporting a team of inside and outside sales reps.

The role emphasizes learning, career growth, and promotion into full sales within 9–12 months, with a competitive pay structure including monthly bonuses. Onsite work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is required.
• Prior inside sales experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to continually learn about Bisco Industries and the industry.
• Evidence of high performance in work, school or activities.
• History of persistence or commitment to school, work or the community.
• US Citizenship or permanent resident with a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a background check and work onsite, Mon–Fri 8AM–5PM.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service via phone, email and customer visits
• Maintain accurate records and an organized work environment
• Provide support to a team of sales reps, both inside and outside sales efforts
• Coordinate with sales representatives and respond quickly to customer needs, requests and problems
• Train with tenure sales reps to learn how to break into new business and establish professional working relationships
• Entry level sales/sales assistant with the goal of promotion into 100% sales within 9-12 months, potentially sooner
