ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Small Business Services in the Seattle area. You will cover a defined geographic territory with 1-49 employees, prospect and win new clients for payroll, HR, and more, and expand solutions within current accounts.
Training is emphasized and you will be supported in using leading sales technology to succeed. You’ll be measured on closing sales, building a strong client network, and delivering excellent service while upholding ADP’s ethical standards.
ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Small Business Services.
In this role, you will work within a defined geographic territory that targets clients and prospects with 1-49 employees. You will identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and more and sell additional solutions to existing clients. Daily, you will cultivate relationships, set appointments, gather leads from established business partners, assess client or prospect needs to present the best ADP solutions, and spend your time in the field closing business. Don't worry if you have no prior sales experience; we are known for our high-quality sales training and will teach you how to use the latest sales technology to set you up for success.
A college degree is great but not required. What’s more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include: one to two years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or another relevant industry, or military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
Base salary offers for this position may vary based on location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
In Washington, compensation range is $33,400 - $72,100 per year.
