Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group is hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative in multiple Maryland/Virginia locations. You will meet homeowners, deliver engaging presentations on energy-efficient remodeling solutions, and learn POWER’s proven sales process through mentorship and training.

As a full-time team member, you’ll earn uncapped commissions and bonuses, with a $3,900 sign-on bonus paid weekly during training. A high school diploma is required, with higher education a plus.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with desire to learn and grow.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Sales, customer service, or hospitality experience helpful.

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners to present energy-efficient products and services.
Follow POWER’s sales process with training and coaching.
Build relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending solutions.
Achieve individual sales goals while contributing to team success.
Participate in weekly meetings and mentoring sessions.
