Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.

• Experience presenting or pursuing performance-based goals is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Learn POWER’s sales process through ongoing training and coaching.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending personalized solutions.
• Collaborate with teammates and mentors to improve your sales approach.
• Develop communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills for long-term growth.
• Partner with experienced sales leaders who will coach and support your development.
