Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, present energy-efficient remodeling options, and guide decisions through a proven sales process. You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and uncapped commissions with a $3,900 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or another customer-facing role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to deliver engaging presentations on ENERGY STAR remodeling products and services.
• Learn POWER’s proven sales process through ongoing training and coaching.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending personalized solutions.
• Collaborate with teammates and mentors to continuously improve your sales approach.
