Power Home Remodeling Group is hiring an entry-level Sales Representative in the Danbury area. You will meet with homeowners to present energy-efficient remodeling options, learn POWER’s sales process through ongoing training, and build relationships with customers.
The role offers mentorship, team collaboration, and clear paths for career growth. You will participate in weekly meetings and training, with the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and bonuses, including a $3,900 sign-on bonus
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is helpful.
- Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to present energy-efficient home remodeling products and services.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching to learn POWER’s sales process.
- Build meaningful relationships with customers by understanding their needs and proposing solutions.
- Collaborate with teammates and mentors to improve sales approaches.
- Contribute to team culture through mentorship and accountability.
- Attend weekly meetings and training sessions.
