Job summary

Nebraska Furniture Mart (NFM) in The Colony, TX is hiring for a Sales Associate who will guide customers through product features and benefits, delivering a memorable in-store experience. You’ll learn and apply an enhanced sales process, work nights and weekends, and participate in ongoing training to become an expert in our merchandise.

As a full-time associate, you’ll enjoy competitive hourly pay plus commission, same-day pay options, staff discounts, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities

Job Duties

A Day in the Life

• Be Positive: Create a WOW experience for the customer by providing product information during the retail experience process based off their needs
• Connect: Create a consumer loyalty towards manufacturer and retailer for future purchases
• Be the Expert: Attend and master training on the proper use of “scenarios” so staff can effectively implement/demonstrate to customers
• Play your Part: Train staff on core selling skills using all available or preferred methods
• Leave your Mark: Close the sale by reinforcing the customers purchase by demonstrating that their purchase will improve their lives
