Job summary

Conquer Capital is expanding its Entry-Level Sales & Marketing team to support new client campaigns in busy retail environments. This face-to-face role requires no remote work and offers paid training to get you started.

You will interact with customers, explain current promotions, answer questions, help set up new services or modify existing accounts, and represent our clients professionally while learning and growing into leadership roles.

Job description

Conquer Capital is growing, and we’re adding a few Entry-Level Sales & Marketing team members to support new client campaigns in retail locations. This is a face-to-face role working directly with customers: not remote, not call center, and not door-to-door. We train everything from the ground up, so experience is not required.

You’ll speak with customers in busy retail environments, explain current promotions, answer questions, and help people get set up with new services or make changes to existing accounts. You’ll also represent our clients professionally, keep your work area organized, and stay up to date on product and promotional information.

Requirements (what we need from you)

You must be 18 or older with full-time availability. We’re looking for people who are reliable, coachable, comfortable talking to others, and willing to learn. A positive attitude and strong work ethic matter more than experience.

• Pay is $17–$22 per hour, based on experience, with weekly pay.
