Insight Global is hiring for business-savvy, personable, goal-oriented individuals interested in client relationship sales. This is an entry-level sales role starting in June, July, August, and September 2025, based in Downtown Boston, MA (onsite 4 days a week).

We are seeking top talent to join as Account Managers. Your responsibilities include building relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 1000 companies, attending in-person meetings, and networking. Initially, you'll start as a Recruiter, learning our services through hands-on experience, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and preparing candidates for meetings with hiring managers. You'll be mentored and trained through Insight Global University.

Career Progression

After mastering recruiting, you'll be promoted to an Account Manager, working closely with clients to find suitable candidates, understanding their hiring needs, and presenting qualified candidates and market data. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $35,600 - $62,000, plus $5,000 LTIPs upon signing. Promotions can increase your salary by up to $10,000.
• Additional incentives include monthly allowances, annual sales contests with trips and bonuses, uncapped weekly commissions, with expected first-year earnings of $73,000-$88,000, rising in subsequent years.
• Benefits start on day one: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k) with matching, paid parental and sick leave.
• Vacation: Up to 10 days in the first year, increasing to 15 days after two years, and 20 days after five years.
