Home Genius Exteriors in Westover, WV is seeking driven professionals for a full-time, high-opportunity W-2 sales role where 90% of the work is done for you before you meet the customer.

Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily, deliver engaging in-home sales presentations, and grow through elite training and mentorship. Earn $100k–$300k+ per year with upfront 70% advance and no cap, plus weekly pay and benefits after 30 days.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily

What You’ll Get

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
