Home Genius Exteriors is seeking driven sales professionals in Cincinnati to join a full-time W-2 sales role where 90% of the work is handled for you before you meet the customer.

You will meet 2–3 pre-qualified clients daily, deliver engaging in-home presentations, and grow quickly through elite training and mentorship that prioritizes internal promotion. A confident communicator can lead and excel here.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential sales is preferred.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to work with pre-qualified leads.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get

• $100,000-$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
