Home Genius Exteriors is seeking driven professionals for a full-time, high-opportunity W-2 sales role in Tennessee. 90% of work is pre-handled for you before meeting customers, with strong earnings potential and a clear path to leadership.

You will close deals from 2–3 pre-qualified visits daily, deliver engaging home sales presentations, and grow throughElite training and internal promotion. This is a fast-growing team with a supportive environment.

In this role, we're looking for closers.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get:

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
