Cumberland Consulting in Dallas, TX is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our fast-paced team. You will deliver face-to-face presentations to clients and represent the company with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities include leveraging product knowledge to answer questions, reporting KPI feedback to marketing, and traveling to expand into new markets.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales, customer service or marketing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership qualities or experience a plus.
• Professional conduct at events and in the office.
• Willingness to travel to new markets.

Sales Assistant Responsibilities:

• Face-to-face presentations. Our clients want to be represented by the best and the brightest!
• Passion and understanding for the cause
• Product knowledge to answer questions
• Weekly meetings with out marketing department to report feedback/suggest changes
• Entering KPI's every night for market research
• Traveling to potential new markets for expansion opportunities
• Visiting partnering offices to network and exchange best practices

Sales Assistant Requirements

• Interpersonal skills (already developed or a desire to develop them)
• Teamwork (anywhere from 3-10 people per team)
• Organization
• Professionalism both in the office and at events
• 1-2 years either sales/customer service/marketing
• Leadership experience or qualities
