Job summary

Legacy Restoration is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative in Minnesota to canvass neighborhoods, engaging homeowners and promoting roofing, remodeling, and restoration services.

You will work Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, with possible Saturdays 9:00 am to 2:00 pm during peak seasons. Expect earnings of $100,000+ yearly with uncapped commissions and a vehicle stipend along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
• Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
• Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed

Responsibilities

• canvass different neighborhoods to engage potential customers and raise interest in roofing, remodeling, and restoration services
• work independently with strong time management and problem-solving skills to close more deals
• engage with homeowners, assess remodeling needs, and perform roof inspections to understand their situation
• explain services to customers and encourage booking a service, track progress and adjust strategies to improve sales
