You'll meet homeowners, inspect roofs for wind and hail damage, and guide the insurance restoration process to help clients maximize their savings. Year 1 earnings range from $70,000 to $100,000+, Year 2 from $100,000 to $200,000+, with paid training and incentives.

Qualifications

• Competitive, coachable and self-motivated traits are essential.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and ownership mindset.
• Comfortable working outdoors on rooftops in all seasons.
• Background in sales, construction, retail, customer service, hospitality, athletics, or military is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods.
