Job summary

SmartRoof is launching a field-based roofing sales role in Maryland. You will meet homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods, inspect roofs for wind and hail damage, and guide clients through insurance restoration, with a focus on training and support.

Year 1 earnings range from $70,000 to $100,000+, and Year 2 from $100,000 to $200,000+. Base pay, commissions, and incentives drive growth; ongoing coaching and leadership opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Competitive, coachable and self-motivated traits are required.
• Dependability and ownership are important for fieldwork.
• Comfortable working outdoors on rooftops in all seasons.
• Background in sales, construction, retail, customer service, hospitality, athletics, or military is a plus - not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
• Inspect roofs for storm damage
• Guide homeowners through insurance claims and the restoration process
• Deliver a professional, consultative customer experience from first contact to close
