Job summary

SmartRoof is hiring for an entry-level roofing sales role in Pennsylvania. You will meet homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods, inspect roofs for damage, and guide them through insurance claims and the restoration process.

The position offers base pay plus monthly bonuses, uncapped commissions, paid training, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles. Training and ongoing coaching support are provided to help you succeed in a fast-growing market.

Qualifications

• Entry-level friendly; training provided to learn roofing sales.
• Willing to work outdoors and on rooftops in all weather.
• Competitive and coachable with strong ownership and reliability.
• Background in sales, construction, retail, customer service, hospitality, athletics, or military is a plus — not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods.
• Inspect roofs for storm damage.
• Guide homeowners through insurance claims and restoration.
• Deliver a consultative customer experience from first contact to close.
