Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the commercial roofing industry.
• Familiar with PVC, TPO, Modified Bitumen, and Asphalt shingles.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

• Manage projects from pre-construction to post-construction phases.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports to stakeholders.
