Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas is seeking an entry-level Risk Management Coordinator reporting to the Director of Risk Management. The role supports the Risk Management team with incident tracking, COI management, claims processing, and reporting while maintaining office operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in risk management, business, finance, or related field.
• Entry-level coordinator with some experience in risk management, compliance, safety administration, or claims processing preferred.
• Ability to review incident reports, track loss trends, and organize large amounts of information.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and database software.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, field inquiries, manage phone lines and direct communications.
• Enter and maintain incident reports and COIs in RMIS.
• Review COI requirements and maintain certificates of insurance.
• Process incident reports and communicate with vendors as needed.
• Maintain office files and improve processes for efficiency.
• Schedule team meetings and assist with weekly Security Department meetings.
• Support Risk Management operations as assigned.
