Six Flags Entertainment Corporation in Vallejo, CA is seeking a Ride Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting rides in accordance with manufacturer specs under supervision.

Ideal candidates have 0-1 years of related experience, multi-trade skills (mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding), ability to work nights/weekends/holidays, valid driver's license, and comfort with outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of related experience and ability to work well in a team.
• Proficient knowledge in two or more trades from the listed areas.
• Willing to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to troubleshoot calmly and safely around guests and staff.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, erect, repair, and troubleshoot rides following specs to ensure safe operation with supervision.
• Perform daily inspections and notify management of hazards or problems.
• Maintain OSHA safety standards and ride safety policies.
• Winterize and maintain ride units and stations as assigned.
• Keep rides clean and visually compliant with specifications and guest expectations.
• Keep records updated daily and accessible.
• Perform other duties as required.
