Job summary

RTX (Raytheon) in McKinney, TX is seeking an entry-level Systems Engineer to integrate hardware and software, develop test plans, and verify system requirements. You will collaborate across disciplines and apply MBSE and Agile methods to deliver vetted solutions.

You will support radar mode requirements development, engineering testing, integration, flight-testing, and post deployment support across the lifecycle. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• Experience with data analysis tools such as MATLAB or Python.
• Experience troubleshooting electronics with common test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support integration, verification, or troubleshooting test activities in labs or field.
• Support qualification of products and perform failure data analyses.
• Prepare and present results in reports and briefings to stakeholders.
• Maintain engineering specifications, drawings, and databases.
• Assist with root-cause analysis and minor design changes.
