Qualifications

• LEVEL 1 - 0 years experience with Bachelor's in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.
• LEVEL 2 - 2 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.
• Knowledge of RF engineering, wireless communication, or spectrum management gained from experience that may include internships and school projects.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical concepts, techniques, and procedures in the development of technical products.
• Perform spectrum measurements and signal analysis using specialized tools.
• Collaborate with design and operations teams to integrate RF spectrum considerations into system development.
• Troubleshoot spectrum-related issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Learn and apply DoD, NTIA, FCC spectrum policies and procedures.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and their spectrum requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
