The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring a Store Loss Prevention Associate in Farmington, CT. You will support safety programs, deter theft, and work with store management to protect assets and customers.

Responsibilities include executing loss prevention tasks, handling apprehensions within policy, and maintaining accurate paperwork. The role requires strong communication, basic computer and time-management skills, and the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule. Pay starts at USD 16.94–20.40 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Completes daily tasks for Store Loss Prevention and safety programs.
• Maintains positive relationships with Store Management.
• Identifies and resolves internal and external theft.
• Observes, apprehends, and/or deters any acts of dishonesty from outside sources.
• Coordinates and complete shrink related activities in partnership with Store Management.
• Completes and distributes paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
• Maintains appropriate evidence and participates in relevant law enforcement activities as needed.
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
