Family Dollar Stores Of South Carolina LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.

You will assist customers, handle transactions at a cash register, keep the store stocked, and help unload trucks while maintaining a clean, safe, and friendly store environment. Part-time position with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with professionals.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
