ServiceMaster Restore is hiring Restoration Technicians in Oakmont, PA. The role involves responding to floods or fire damage, extracting water, removing damaged materials, and performing cleaning and drying tasks to restore homes and businesses.

No prior restoration experience is required as training is provided, with paid on-the-clock instruction and industry certifications. A flexible FT or PT schedule and overtime bonuses are available to support growth within the company.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to do physical work and keep a flexible schedule (we have FT & PT shifts).
• Able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

The work:

When a home or business floods, catches fire, or floods with smoke damage, our crew shows up to make it right. As a Restoration Technician, you'll:

• Extract water, remove damaged materials, and clean and dry out the property
• Help with light demolition, debris removal, and detail cleaning
• Set up and run restoration equipment (we teach you how)
• Log your work on a phone app and keep the job site organized and safe
• Work alongside a team and talk directly with the customers you're helping

No two days look the same, and you'll finish each one seeing the difference you made. Who does well here: You don't need restoration experience — we train you and pay you while you learn. To be a Restoration Technician you'll need:
