Job summary

Rainbow Restoration of The Woodlands, Huntsville, Conroe is seeking an Entry Level Restoration Technician. On-site you’ll extract water, set equipment, and begin mitigation to IICRC standards while helping families recover after floods, fires, or storms.

No restoration experience is required—we’ll train you if you have a good work ethic and a positive attitude. This is physical, hands-on work with on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Able to lift and move up to 100 lbs and be on your feet.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-moving day.
• Solid communication with customers and teammates.
• Basic computer skills.

Entry Level Restoration Technician

When a home or business floods, burns, or takes storm damage, we're who they call. As a Restoration Technician, you're the person on-site making a bad day better — extracting water, setting equipment, and getting people back to normal.

No restoration experience? That's fine. We'll train you. We're hiring for work ethic and attitude — the technical skills we can teach.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
