Job summary

Dry Force Corp. in Dallas, Texas is hiring an Entry Level Restoration Technician for a full-time role. No experience is required, and training is provided to help you learn the trade.

You will remove and replace water-damaged materials, set up air movers and dehumidifiers, and work closely with the management team to ensure customers are well cared for. This position offers a path for advancement and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and handle physical tasks.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to pass a drug screen.
• Clear criminal background required.

Responsibilities

• Handle water damage issues and remove/replace damaged materials.
• Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore property.
• Work with management to ensure customers are well taken care of.
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers.
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites and follow traffic laws.
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet.

Dry Force is hiring a Entry Level Restoration Technician for a full-time position in Dallas, Texas - No Experience Required - Willing to Train.

As a Entry Level Restoration Technician, you will be in charge of removing, replacing and repairing water damaged materials and handling any issues caused by water damage. Our technicians are the face of our organization and the first contact a client has after a traumatic situation, which is why our Entry Level Restoration Technician need to have good customer service and be willing to help others.

Responsibilities

• Handle any issues caused by water damage and remove and replace damaged materials
• Responsible for setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property
• Work closely with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care of
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet

• Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays
