Job summary

Dry Force is hiring an Entry Level Restoration Technician for a full-time position in Dallas, Texas. No experience required and willing to train to restore damaged property with focus on customer service.

As an Entry Level Restoration Technician, you will remove and replace water-damaged materials, operate air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA scrubbers, and work with management to ensure customers are well taken care of.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to Pass a Drug Screen.
• Clear Criminal Background.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle issues caused by water damage and remove/replace damaged materials.
• Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care of.
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers.
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies.
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet.

As a Entry Level Restoration Technician, you will be in charge of removing, replacing and repairing water damaged materials and handling any issues caused by water damage. Our technicians are the face of our organization and the first contact a client has after a traumatic situation, which is why our Entry Level Restoration Technician need to have good customer service and be willing to help others.
